I have a savings account with SBM in Mathikere, Bangalorebranch from long time. But recently i applied for internet banking credentioals. I got the credentials in the same day, i shocked ti get the credentials in the same day as they will not give the same in a single day. I thought that SBM improves their serveces to customers.
I tried to login with the credentials given by the manager and shocked again by seeing the 'Invalid Userid or Password'. I complient about this to branch manager for several times and they still unable to give me the currect user id and password. I went the branch personnaly 5 times and and i made calls to bank more than 20 times. but still i am unable to get the currect credentials.
See how the Govt. Banks works when it comes to technology. The Manager is still unable to look into my problem.
