I bought a flat in Jaypee Klassic through investors clinic in June. I was told and given an agreement letter by Investors clinic that if i buy through them they would get me 3.5% commission. I've been following up with them for last 2.5 months to do so but they've been delaying by making excuses like they've not got the payment from Jaypee and so on, so forth. It's highly frustrating to do business with Investors Clinic.
