SBI ATM -cum debit card-failed Transaction

Respected sir,

I wanted to book a railway reservation ticket from Hosur to Ernakulam

on 07/12/08.My account id on IRCTC is sijomon3.

I have tried to book the ticket through my SBI ATM -cum debit card on

01/12, but all the transaction has failed. When i have checked my

account Rs 1327.00 is debited from my account and ticket didn't

booked. And i successfully booked after 15m, Rs 1317.00 is debited from

my account two times.. Till today not refund Rs. 1327.00 .

I have attached here with the copy of ATM statement. The transaction

dated 01/12 .Please look to it and cater to the problem at the

earliest possible.
