This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased two tickets through IRCTC Ltd. online whose date of journey and PNR numbers are as follows:-
Train No. 4018 (Sadbhawana Express)
From: CHANDAUSI JN To: LUCKNOW
PNR 2456217474
Date of Journey 31.12.2008
On the above tickets i was unable to travel as the train got delayed more than six hours and due to this the journey date was also got changed as it arrived around 0315 hrs on 01.01.2009 against its arrival time i.e. 2050 hrs on 31.12.2008
Kindly advice that how would I get the refund on the above tickets.
