Hi,
I am Vinod kumar yadav want to know the procedure to file a complaint against IRCTC about ticket booking, I try to book my ticket for native place (U.P) ON IRCTC Online but ticket is not available shows wating list 71 in a one minute whole train ticket is book and it is impossible. To book a ticket on counter its take 3 to 4 minute how can not even 1 minute whole train seat book.
I am sending some details which i saved from IRCTC booking sites please check the detail time.
