Refund on Cancelled E - Ticket

Resepected Sir / Madam,

I had booked an E - Ticket PNR No. 8520128490 from Borivali to Ahmedabad

Date of Journey 08/04.

This ticket was tried to be cancelled on 6/04 but due to the server problem at IRCTC the same was not cancelled. I was told to send a mail to IRCTC for cancellation. Auto Complaint no. Generated was 3913. No reply for cancellation was received on 6/04. On Following up the next day it was mentioned the ticket will be cancelled on 7/04. No Email was sent again but the PNR status inquiry showed the ticked is cancelled. this was even confirmed with on telephone with IRCTC.

However till date no refund has been granted in my account inspite of several emails and calls. Auto Complaint No. 82392.

Total Cost of Calls amounts Rs. 137/- which also now needs to be reimbursed.

The attitude of persons handling enquires have such a callous attitude and give vague replies.

Please do the neeful at the earliest.
