Double charge from my credit card

Sir.. I am sending my email details with IRCTC i have booked two ticked but get bill from my bank for three ticket and paid the same. while asking irctc customer care they ask me to send the photo copy

of my credit card i have send the same in same day. but i could not get refund till now. regarding this i have so many time contact over phone also but still no result. Few dates are given below of contacting over phone with IRCTC customer care.

01-06 at 09:45 AM

12-06 at 09:15 AM

03-07 at 13:30 noon with Anju and Supervisor Mr. Amit Bhatia.

I therefore request to look into the matter and instruct to credit the excess amount deduct (Rs. 2819.86 P) along with interest, Otherwise i have no way to get my refund and then only way to go to the consumer court.

AS On 14-05 I've Booked Two Tickets One From Nzm To Bangalore And Another

From Bangalore To Nzm Wide Transaction Id no:0114485624 And 011446895 Today

I Recieved My Credit CArd Bill It IS Showing 3 Payments Wide Transaction ID No197890

Rs.2819.86 And Second Transaction Id 1720728 Rs.2835.13 And Third

Transaction Id :243950 Rs.2819.86 While I Got Two Tickets Only As Per

My Internet Transaction Detail My Internet Detail Is Also Enclosed To

It please Credit The Excess Amount The Transaction Is Not Done By Me
