I have filed TDR for two tickets both are subjected to "Train late more than 3 hour"
After 3 months when I did not received any refund from IRCTC I e-mailed at [email protected] for PNR number 2520324781 and 6126505784 with status but did not get any reply, I also tried many times to call but every time customer care executive replies that I have to wait for some more time. Now it is about 5 months and I have not get any refund and reply from IRCTC.
