NON REFUND OF RAILWAY TIKCET CANCELLATION

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that I purchased/booked a railway ticket through IRCTC, under MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (through e-ticket) on 16.02.2009 on Amedabad Express journey from Howarh (Eastern railway) to Kamptee (Western railway) in 2AC for the date 28.02.2009 . But Railway authority cancelled the such train on 28.02.09 for that day & for such reasons journey was cancelled.

I applied through internet IRCTC zone for Ticket cancellation & for that I filed TDR on 01.03.2009 (Ref no ekt200903100423169), but still more than 4 months departed NO REFUND came to my bank account through where ticket purchased. I spoke to different offices of IRCTC & also corresponding through e-mail but I regret to observed that no appropriate action taken in this regard & no results came out& I came to know that case is pending in CCM/WR railway office. How long I will wait for refund?

I therefore requested to you to look into the matter & your early action in this regard to get refund is highly solicited.
