Efund of e-ticket cancelled 14 days ago

The copy of my mail for refund to irctc is as follows

dear sir,

i cancelled the e tickets as on 5th nov for which the refund is still not credited to my account.the pnr numbers of the two e tickets are as follows-

2.2604736063

kindly see into the matter and credit my account at an earliest.
