IRCTC
Bank account debited for failed transaction

Hi,

This is Kunal Shah.

I had booked a ticket in Lokshakti for 3 passengers with transaction id - 0135367790

Although the i got the ticket but my bank accpunt got debited for the amount twice.

Also my previous transaction with id 0014450513.

I am awaiting refund from IRCTC since more then a year.

Also now my account is also closed so I wanted to know how can I get the refund.
