Hi please help me out for following problem,

i have filed a tdr dated June-28, but up to till date (about 120days passed) even irctc admin has approved it on 4th july. for payment,

I have done sevral mail to irctc customer care they always provide a new reference no. now this ref.no. is -IRCTC #680804,

Please go thrugh the attachment for PNR and TDR status.
