Non receipt of Refund for Fail transaction ID.0154960922

I had booked ticket on 29/10 throuhgh irctc web site. IRCTC had debited Rs. 425/- toward ticket chrages from my SBI A/c but transaction had been failed through IRCTC vide Tran. ID - 0154960922.

Irctc had marked status "Sent for Refund" but till date refund had not been credited to my Bank Account. I had also wrote this thing 2 time to IRCTC but their is no action had been taken for this.
