i bought one ticket from bhagalpur to new delhi on 01.11.2009 in the train no 2367 in first AC for the journey date16..11.09. the amount Rs 2421 has been deducted from my sbi a/c (scanned a/c statement is attached, in irctc complaint) i have not taken the print out at that time. later the ticket was not shown in my irctc a/c. as a result, i am unable to know whether i could travel. as prt. out is not avaible. In my email inbox also no email from irctc is available.in case i made mistake in booking of journey date then also in my email a/c some msg should be available.

again on 11.11.09 i again booked the ticket from irctc which is waitlisted. which is shown to my "booked history"
pl let me know about the earlier ticket.
my complaint no. was 734343
interesting part is that although i sent scanned document debit statement to them no response is there till today. i also taled to customer care but response is very poor.if the ticet is not booked then money should come to my a/c
