I had reserved a ticket via IRCTC website, but train was late more than 3hours, So I went by bus to destination.
To refund my amount I loggeg a TDR via IRCTC.
More than 6 months have been completed but till amount is not refunded.
I have written a lot mail to irctc customer care, but they are saying your application has been sent to
Indian Railway. They are saying these words since 3 months.
Now I am very upset regarding this.
