Delay in refunding the ammount

Dear Sir/madam,

I have booked a ticket on 23rd nov 09. I didn't recevied my e-ticket but amount was credited from my account. Earlier I have submitted a complaint against it, and I got the mail regarding it but till now my money is not refunded to my account. So kindly help me regarding this problem.
