Refund of Amount Double Credited

I booked my ticket on internet by ICICI Credit Card for train No. 7031 PNR NO. 8215659094 dated 3/11 SL . The amount of Rs. 829.67 is debitted on the ICICI Card but inspite of several reminders to the customer care the amount is not yet refunded.
