Non refund of cancellation ticket

I had booked an i-ticket for 4 passengers viz.

NAMES AGE STATUS

DOUGLAS SIMON 56 RAC

BINA SIMON 50 RAC

POOJA SIMON 25 RAC

NEHA SIMON 19 W/L

on 21-09-08 for netravati exp 6345 with PNR no. 022-4234533 and ticket no. being 46066334

i got the ticket cancelled on 5-10-08 and the cancellation ticket no. is 91321279 but i have still not got the cash refund of Rs.6600/-credited to the credit card.
