Sub: Non Receipt of PF Annual Accounts Slips Form No.23 for the year
2008 & 2009
Ref: Our Letter Dated 25/03 submitted on 31/03 & 09/09.
Our PF Code No. KN/BN/16222.
With reference to the above, we wish to inform you that inspite of several Oral Enquiries and after submitting the Form 3A Dbase Data in Compact Disc for the year 2007 & 2008 two times to the concerned case worker from last 8 months and the Manual Form 3A Returns along with the Form No.6A Returns for the years 2007 & 2008 which has been submitted within due dates. PF Annual Accounts Slips Form No.23 for the year 2007 & 2008 have not been issued to our establishment. We are facing very much hardship from our employees in answering the matter in non receipt of the PF Annual Accounts Slips for the year 2007 & 2008 and 2009 PF Annual Returns has already been submitted. We have send one more Compact Disc containing Form 3A Dbase files of 2008 & 2009 along with the letter on 31/03.
Around Fifteen days back we came to know that there was shortage of amount and some variations in some accounts from PF Case Worker and our executives have clarified the same One PF A/c No. KN/BN/16222/101 accounts payment has been settled and returns submitted was correct as per our records and your records and there was a difference in Rs.2600-00 both the shares in Form No.23 which was recorded wrongly and some 20 employees name were missing in 2007 returns as per your case worker and the said 20 employees have left our organization during the year 2006 only as per our records and returns which have already been submitted and clarified to your case worker. We can give full support regarding any documents required from us at any time from last 10 years if necessary.
Hence, we kindly request you to look into the matter and issue us the PF Annual Accounts Slips Form No.23 for the year 2008 & 2009 immediately. We are facing lot of hardship from the employees regarding the delay in receipt of PF Annual Accounts Slips from last 3 years.
We hope you will consider our request and send us the PF Annual A/c Slips at the earliest.
