Non settlement of PF

Dear sir,

I am G. Karuppasamy (E.P.F no: AP/HYD/22120/9892) worked as a Junior Engineer for IVRCL Infrastructure & Projects Ltd, Hyderabad, in TN-06 package Salem. I had resigned my job on 10-April and I submitted my Provident Fund withdrawal form to you latter. I received a conformation letter from IVRCL for processing of my PF withdrawal form dated: 10.09.2008. But my amount has not been credited. When I contact PF office, they told that my form was rejected and asked me to send a new form. So I sent my PF withdrawal forms (19 & 10c) again on 16-march. But till now my amount has not been credited. What is the problem, any mistake was I did? Please reply me.
