Dear Sir,
I am bonafide member of Indian Armed Forces (Navy) at the capacity of Store Petty Officer presently serving at Naval Coast Battery, Visakhapatnam and resident of VPO - Santo, Tehsil - Behror, Dist. - Alwar, Rajasthan. The domestic Electric connection was applied by my father Sri Ramanand Yadav S/o Chhitar Singh in Jan 08 from Jaipur Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd. I have paid all the charge to JVVNL but they had not given connection to my home. Finally I sent many latter to District Collector -Alwar, Executive Engineer Behror from my unit vide this unit letter no 103/NCB dated 25 Mar, 06 May and 31Jul 09. The JVVNL staff had connected my connection on 25 Jun 09. But suddenly on 23 Jul 09 at 1230 hrs JVVNL staff i.e JEN Mandhan and his staff disconnect my connection again. They have cut cable and electric reading meter and all accessories. while they were removing the items they did given any justification to my family members by telling that they were doing their duties.
As soon they cut my connection again I have given complain to Executive Engineer Behror, AEN Neemrana and JEN Mandhan vide this unit letter 103/NCB dated 31 Jul 09. I have given my hand written complain to all as mentioned above vide letter RN/01 dated 31 Jul 09 since I was on short leave w.e.f 20 Jun 09 to 18 Aug 09.I have passed my leave running behind the JVVNL staff but I could not get any positive response. I have already approached to all concern authorities but no action has been taken in this regard till date.
In view of the above it is requested that the necessary action please be taken against the JVVNL and my connection be re-connected at the earliest. Your co-operation will be highly appreciated.
