I bought a packets of 10Kg Pillsbury Chakki fresh atta. As soon as we were about to open it, we found the packet bitten by RATS and furthermore a lots of bugs in the the flour.
I reported the matter to the shopkeeper the very next day. At the first instance he completely denied that it was bought from him and then after an altercation he accepted it and said they won t accept it and i can do all i want. I asked for the bill and he denied telling that the bill book will be available next week.
Just a week back I bought a tissue box from the same shop and i found excreta of Rats in it. My mistake was not to report it to the forum at the first go but the matter got worse and realised that the consumer can t afford any ignorance.
The shopkeeper has a good hold in the area and does all he wants, compromises on products and prices and has no mannerism to redress to consumer complaints. Please sort the matter at the sonnest before it gets worse for me and hundreds of ignorant consumers who have no time and courage to complaint against this guy.
