Undue Delay in Refund

I had booked Spicejet Flight No. SG-112 through Yatra.com for four passengers for our journey on 18th June and the flight was cancelled by the airlines. Though I had submitted my claim for reimbursement on 17th June I have not received the money till the writing of this note i.e. on 7th July.

When I checked up with Spicejet I got to know that the amount has been credited back to Yatra.com three days after the cancellation. I have been calling up Yatra.com almost on daily basis and they have been repeatedly telling me it will take 4/5 days time to credit the amount to my card account and the same is under process. They went on telling the same and long 18 days have passed. I am left in lurch.

Although very small amount, I am losing interest on the amount. Yatra is not coming up with specific reason why should they hold customer's money for so many days. It should have been reverted to my account soon after they receive it from the airlines.
