Subject: Information about PF transfer status

Sir

I was an employee of Panacea Biotec Ltd from May to Dec. After that I joined Ranbaxy and applied for PF transfer from account no DL/7678/5049 to E/DL/1546/P407. I left Ranbaxy in March and withdrew my PF amount. But I came to know that my PF amount from panacea Biotec is not transferred yet. On enquiry from Panacea I came to know that Panacea has given a letter to PF office on 27/07 that my PF amount can be transferred to Ranbaxy account (photocopy of letter is enclosed for your reference.)

I have given a mail to your office on 20/02 regarding this matter. Reminder was also given on 25/02. But no response is given in this regard. Enquiry phone no of your office is coming busy each time.

So you are requested to please look into the matter to resolve this issue. I am in much need of money. Kindly suggest me what to do in this matter. I will be very thankful to you.
