Complaint not attend in timely & call not attend

Dear Sir,

My consumer no.500556 we have booked complaint yesterday on 01.06.09 at Kalka Gas Agency - Pinjore through telephonic "GAS CYLINDER LEAKAGE FOUND AT THE TIME OF OPEN SEAL" & reply received today 02.06.09 morning send mechanic for checking, till now 01.30pm not came any mechanic from Agency & not attend call cell no.09253285221 we are continuously dial. If any problem create from leakage cylinder who is responsible?

Kindly look into this matte on top prority basis
