Non inclusion name in Voter list while deleted from previous address in Kalyani Township

Sub: Inclusion of our Names in Electoral roll or Voter List (92/123) in B-4/394, Kalyani, Nadia

Sir

This is to inform you that we (Matiyar Rahaman Khan, part no. 182 serial no. 167), voter Id no. CRZ2895811; Mouli Rahman, Part no. 92 serial no.682, voter Id no. CRZ2895829) have changed our residence within Kalyani area from Ward no. 11to 18 during May and efforts were made to include our names in voter list in ward no.18 at Buddha park, Kalyani producing all the relevant documents. I am surprised to know that our names have not been included in the new electoral roll and we lost the opportunity to cast our votes in last Lokhsabha Election, while our names have been deleted from B-11 area (ward no 11).

We applied in appropriate forms (No. 8) with a forwarding letter and appeared on 6.12.2009 (copy enclosed) at Pannalal Institution, Kalyani with all original documents and satisfied concerned Officers.

Please look into the matter and do the needful so that our names are incorporated in the new electoral roll.
