I am idane gas consumer with consumer noKD15167 with Indane gas agency named M/s Karco Distributors, 16 R.N .Chowdhury Road Calcutta--700015 located in Tangra area in kolkata. I am unable to book the cylinder from last 17 Days because phones of this agency are constantly kept engaged or they do not attend the phone calls from the customers. It is a regular practices of that M/s Karco Distributors. I have lodged several complains agiainst them but no reply has been recieved from either M/s Karco Distributors or Indane
