Karisma karvy
MOIL refund

Sir,

My MOIL IPO refund is not happened. As per karisma karvy they send cheque on 15-dec

1. Myself asked for tracking no for register post. They told they dont have. I checked with my post office they don’t have any register post which came in my name.

2. Karvy suppose to refund directly to my account (which earlier they done). This time they say they don’t have swift code code.

Pls advice how to Tackle this issue
