I'm Sunil and I had moved my house hold goods from Hyderabad to Bangalore. After enquiring with few packers and movers based on the price and the way they promised I booked with Sahara packers and movers.
Ony guy by name Vinod came and evaluated everything and gave the quote and went.
On the day of packing itself trouble started for me. I asked them to come to the house at 4pm but they cam finally at 7pm and packed and took the goods with them. I gave my 2-wheeler along with all the goods.
I told them that I need the goods at Bangalore on weekend. They said OK and I paid the full amount they charged and gave tips also. Even for tips also they are demanding saying Rs200 is not enough.
Even after 2 weeks I didn't receive call from Bangalore office, so I called the Hyd office and they said the goods is not yet shifted and they are waiting for my call to shift. I don't know why I need to call them to shift the goods when I clearly told them I need the goods by weekend while packing. When I called they said they will send the goods today and u can collect it tomorrow. Again I had to callback after 2 days, and same response saying they will send the same day.
On the weekend out of town, and got call from Packers and movers saying they are in bangalore with the goods, I told them I'm out of city and cannot take the goods now, the response is that they will put in the storage and I need to pay for the storage. I said OK.
I called back the packers and movers once I'm in town, they said I need to pay Rs150 per day for the storage. I said OK and asked them whether bike is there in that I will come and collect it. That guy said bike is not there and I need to contact the Hyd office for that. When I called he said its already sent. It hapnd for 2 days. On the 3 rd day he said he will check and call me back in 10 mins. I waited for an hour and called back, again same response. Next day when I called Hyd person he said, Bike was sent to Delhi by mistake and its on the way I will receive it one day.
I had to wait for one day, and called back Bangalore office, he said didn't received it and kept the phone. That guy didn't even wait what I'm saying next. I called up Hyd office and the reponse is will check and call back in 10 mins, but there is no call back. This continued for a week almost. Daily I had to these stupid people for the fault they had done and they are not regretting for they had done.
After a week the Hyd person is told that bike is on the way in pune it will come the next day, again I had to wait for another day. After that also same response for another 2 days it will come and Bangalore person said don't call us daily, we will call you once we get the bike and need not worry. I got frustated after he said these words and I called up the customer care center for sahara packers to register a complaint. That customer service guy took the details and said will call back in 30mins. But that guy never responded back. When I called them and asked again they he said the goods will be delivered next day and he kept the phone.
And the struggle is still going on...
I strongly suggest not to go with this packers and movers any time in life. My suggestions,
never give the money inhand before and don't be nice to them when they say nice words and never believe what they are saying. AVOID SAHARA PACKERS AND MOVERS ALWAYS...
