Regarding PF claim

I have filled by PF claim in the month of December, and later after many calls I could speak to the Enquiry department and then said the form has been rejected because of some issue, they were not able to tell me the reasons. I then called my previous organisation and got a reason that the form were rejected because the authorized signatory in the PF form was not matching. So they have arranged to submit the authorization letter, and the form was resubmitted on feb 4th.

Accordingly, I was informed that it will take 2 months for the amount to come to my account. After 2 months I was trying daily to contact the department but no one was lifting the call. Finally I could speak to one of the senior member from finance, he said that many cheques has been dispatched and you should receive it by this month end. Now when again I am trying to contact the enquiry department no one is responding.

This is making me worry, so please consider this complaint and arrange to update me the status of the claim. My PF number is AP/51421/156
