This is in reference to our purchase of a Microwave Oven (Kenstar OM-20 ACF) dated 5th November from HomeSolutions Retail (India) Ltd. (EZONE) (Cash memo No. T3/1202).
In this regard, this is to inform you that this product started male-functioning from last two month. At a first remedy we approach the customer service centre of the “kenstar” company and lodge a complaint on dated 16/5 (Complaint no. DGP08E160014). In response of that, a service engineer visited on 22/5/08 and reported that the PCB of the concerned microwave is faulty and requires replacement. Then after a follow up regularly to their head office (Phone No. 32424121) they collected the PCB with full panel and returned only after two weeks. But for our surprise we find that it is in the same position without any solution to the problem. We have again called them yesterday and they send the service engineer today which again confirmed that the problem is still there and out of his understanding.
