This is the email that I have sent after getting totally frustrated
I have a booking with Kingfisher under Reservation code – GUWPMQ. I have booked these tickets on 19-Apr from flykingfisher.com using my ICICI Bank Credit Card.
It is observed that the merchant (KINGFISHER) broke my total transaction of INR 31, 082/- into 4 parts –

The above table is a glimpse of charges levied on my Credit table.
I have been observing my Credit Card statement and the balance credit limit showed a drastic low figure. Thus, I got in touch with my bank and they reported back to me that the transactions levied above are displayed in my card. But, there is an additional claim of INR 31, 082/- from Kingfisher which is in PENDING STATUS for which my credit limit is reserved. This is the reason that my balance credit limit is showing a drastic low figure. On further conversation with ICICI the person on the other end reported to me that there is a trouble with KINGFISHER system due to which double debit claims from KINGFISHER website.
I am detailing so much since I don’t care where the trouble is. What I am bothered is that I am unable to use my credit card due to drastic low credit limit available to me. In this entire matter there was no fault from my side and yet I am penalized for no reason at all.
With all this I have only two queries –
· Would either ICICI or KINGFISHER pay my bills or additional interest due on my bills which I am unable to pay due to unnecessary credit limit blockage?
· By when would I have my CREDIT LIMIT freed up?
I know that it is a holiday today. But, yet hoping to hear something from your side.
