Dear Sir / Madam,

REF: PNR No 5DLN7O - E ticket No 0744789306274 / 75 / 76 for 15-06-09. AND 0742477004397 / 98 / 99 for 16-06-09.

As discussed, attach claim expense for flight NW 0792 15-06-09. to 16-06-09.

History:

We where at the Amsterdam - Netherland airport at 7:15 am on 15-06-09, than we went to check in counter at the desk 11 to take our boarding pass, there was the big qui, when we started there was an error in the same as attach PDF file, than they send us to desk no 12 for manual boarding pass check in, we where standing in the qui for long time, there was only two staff for doing the boarding pass for check in for the entire qui, later on at around 9:15 am when our no came at the desk 12 the lady told us you can not board the flight for the Mumbai instead of this flight she will give the boarding pass for another flight VIA Delhi .. in such case we requested her to give us direct flight to Mumbai for so much time that we are traveling with two small children i.e. one 7 months baby and another 30 months baby, but she refuse and told to go to the ticket counter they will help. When we went to the ticket counter, another staff gave us ticket for 16-06-09. direct flight NW 0792 to Mumbai. We demanded to give us free stay facility, she told that you can claim it from customer care and they will do reimburse for the same. And that particular time there was red alert and the whole airport got empty.
