PF money Not received since 10 months

I have been chasing for my PF money now since past 10 months and still as on date I have not received my Money.

Now since I am staying at Dhaka Bangladesh I have been constantly calling from Dhaka (ISD CALL), where first of all I will be kept on Hold for minimum 5 minutes and then they will attend the call. Whenever I call always I have to explain who am I and what for I am calling. After listening to everything I just get to hear. Ok will check and get back to you. I am hearing this for past 3 months now.

My problem is PF office had issued the check with below dates and cheque nos.

Your PF Account No. is KN/BN/23780/4795

ChqNo.460340 - Amount Rs.18238/-

Chq No. 361013 -Amount Rs.41160/-

Cheque dated -07-01-09

Your PF Account No. is KN/BN/23780/4795

I checked online with ICICI Bank and enclosed is the reply from them.

The specified cheques are returned due to the reason "REFER TO DRAWER".

Refer to drawer means party who had issued the cheque had placed and instruction with the bank not to clear the same and no reasons provided

This cheque was returned by ICICI Bank to Employee provident fund organization, Bommasandra through C-NET FREIGHT PVT LTD. vide airway bill no: a00340868 on 20th January'09. This is received by PF office with sign and seal as return confirmation to the courier service.

I have then couriered my past 8 months bank statement to prove that I have not received any money from PF office. But still I have not heard anything from PF Office.
