I have a kotak synergy account no.6420110005224.When I opened my account with Kotak securities it iwas told to me that I will get trinity account with kotak and will get ZERO BALANCE account with kotak mahindra bank.but still AQBL charges are levied to me for last quarter APR-JUN 09. NO email or SMS alert was sent. This is cheating and fraud with customer. I condemn this move and request bank to refund the charges.
