Dear concern,
I have booked KSRTC bus ticked through on-line to travel on 14/06 for corona a/c sleeper bus from gulbarga to bangalore departure at 7.30Pm, In online reservation system based on seat layout displayed over the sytem i have booked 15 lower sleeper seat as it is exactly middile seat in the bus for a better comfort jurney but when i get into the bus seats layout is totally diffrent and they have given me last sleeper seat and even i enquired with condocter he is also not responded properly because of this i travelled in the last seat by booking middle seat in online seat layout.
My main concern is KSRTC people dispalying diffrent seat layout in online and alloting diffrent seat in the bus.
This may not be big issue but what ever service they have promised to me they are not deliverd.
