My sister sent registered parcel containing food items from Goa to Dubai vide tracking number CP497042421IN on 27th July but as of today the parcel has not been received. When I tried calling in the Emirates post office they inform that it is not received in UAE whereas when I called the India post office (Mumbai office) which is looking after the international operations they inform that the parcel has been sent from their end on 6th August vide depatch no. 91 (bag no. 3). I tried to give a complain online but I cannot do so as it is asking for CCC details (which if I try to enter as Foreign option than it is asking country & the post office where it does not show the Dubai option but only the Indian post offices addresses are mentioned). I hope somebody can help me on this. Thanks!!
