I bought two pairs of sandals for Rs. 1100 from this shop, Kumar Shoes, in Air Conditioned Market, Theater Road, Kolkata on 30th August. One pair torn on the very next day. I went back with that pair next Saturday (06/09) for a replacement. The shop owner said he will first check it and will replace it with a new one next week.By next week the second pair of shoe also got torn and I went back again on 13/09/08 and when I wanted atleast a repair for my shoe, he started misbehaving with me. After quite a fight he at last agreed to repair the second pair and to replace the first pair and deliver both the pairs at my residence within a week.
Till date I have not received my shoes back. When I went back to get them myself he refused to replace the first shoe altogether and the second was repaired only to make it even worse. To further aggravate the situation he again misbehaved with me.
Please help me in this regard.
