L7 Standered
DOA certificate issued but they are not ready to provide us Handset

Dear Sir,

We would like inform you that we have purchased a mobile (L7 Standered) from varanasi on dtd 18.05.09.there is some problem in this handset due to this it stop working. So I deposit it in motorola service center at varanasi on dtd 20.05.09 work order no-01888. They issued DOA cetificate after 16 days on dtd 05.06.09. But till date they could not provide us Cell Phone. They ask us to go to dealer to receive this handset and dealer ask to go to service center. They don't reply who will provide this Cell and when.we are in truble due to this. I am a user of Nokia but first Time I bought MOTOROLA cell which disapponted me alot.

Your service center doesn't proper service.

So I humble request you to ask them to provide us my handset, so that in future our faith on MOTO remain.
