I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun in the name of my mother for which we paid Rs 91, 000/- . I wanted to receive my money back as someone told me that the company is fraud. I had also applied for the refund. I have also filed a complaint with Economic offence wings & Ministry of Corporate Affairs. But I have not received anything till now. There was also an article in Times Of India January-25 titled "Lakshmi Vatika Limited Builder Told By High Court To Refund Rs 40 Crore of Duped Investors" But nothing has happened till date.
Whether we have any chance of getting our hard earned money back?
