I am jagriti kumari.i am a b.tech final year student have given my laptop to patna hp servicing center two years before because dvd not working in my laptop.but 10 days before my laptop not working just show disk problem.i have given my laptop to berhampur hp solution center, orissa and after 4 days they are just telling my hard disk no not matched as before.this means either my harddisk has changed by patna hp solution center or berhampur hp solution person are telling a lie. they are telling me cost of harddisk is 10 thousand they will replaced my defacted harddisk after paying this about. i cann't imagine how corrupted person may be in hp servicing center .can any one can help me.i am a engineering student and laptop is most essential for me.
