Very bad service

In our company Airtel has given a plan F 13 CUG 125 Plan.

I have requested for the same plan. I wanted to convert my prepaid Airtel connection to Billing. The Airtel representative came to collect the documents, required documents was submitted and I got a SIM card also for billing plan on 5th February. From that day onwards I am continuously following up to start the billing service. I was told that within a week time the billing service will get started. But till today (19th April) the billing is not yet started.

I am not getting answers from your representatives. I am continuously calling on the 2 nos for my billing plans (9867693074 & 9867049202) but they are not properly answering. Various reasons are given, they are telling they are not the concerned person. May I know who is the concerned person or should I talk to the head of your company for your such a good service.

If your company is unable to start the billing then kindly let me know, I am not a fool to call every day to your representative there are several other companies to give me the billing plan on the same mobile no.
