Misbehave at the time of taking booking for refilled gas cylinde

Dear sir,

I would like to bring your kind attention that I, Dipankar Biswas, consumer no- 000015 under the gas distributor " Sonar Bangla Gas Service" of Indian oil. I booked for refilled cylinder on 25/09/09. But on quiry on 02/10/09 the office staff of the said distributor misbehave with me and told that no booking is done and thus creat a great problem. I applied for double cylinder in the month of Oct, but till now I don't get the same. On quiry they just telling that letter has been sent to your address. Please look into the matter.
