Faulty PCB

I registered my complaint on 21/10 and the complaint registration number is W8CA2106298. This PCB has been changed recently as it had become faulty during warranty period. Your Service Enginers had taken more than a month to attend the fault in the PCB.

Today, one Mr. Pradeep from LG Service centre at Wadala in Mumbai had visited my place to attend the fault and he told me that the PCB is faulty and the company should be asked to replace it. This microwave has not woked properly even for a month after the fault was attended. It is really disgusting.

Please get the PCB replaced.
