Hi this is seshu, I am from Narasaraopet, Guntru district, Andhra Pradesh. I got problem with Tata indicom walky. I went to service centre they checked the phone and said have to replace battery with new one. They withou showing invoice charged 470/-Rs. from me. After 2-3days again the problem repeated and I asked them they said replace your charger. But I showed this phone to other local service centre they tested and said putting fake battery into the set problem happening. I am asking is this proper way to give better service to the customers. Please advise me.
