Claim due on LIC Policy no. 161973023

Policy number 161973023 is in name of Deen dayal aggarwal. He took a loan on this policy from his PNB bank. The nominee under the policy was Kriti aggarwal (His younger daughter). Now on 29 may Mr. Aggarwal died. We found out that the policy is with the bank. Bank asked to pay the loan. Now the bank loan has been paid and bank gave us letter that loan has been paid back fully. letter has been submitted to LIC branch 1121 on 9 March by hand. Reciept taken. I am here to complaint against the lic staff and agent which says that nominee wont get the money, rather all legal heirs will get it. This policy is Jeevan suraksha (Table number 122). Which says, it can not be assigned nor loan can taken on this. SO any assisnment or loan on this policy is against the terms of LIC policy so its VOID AB INITIO. we will go to consumer court against LIC, its agent, and bank for case of useless harassment and delay for the mistakes on part of LIC, BANK and its agent. Earlier made compliant vide complaint number 165886. whose resolution was provided that case will be decided in standing committe. May I know how many years after this case will get solved. Almost 1 year has been completed since death of Policy holder.
