Amount is not credited into policy, but amount is debited from savings account

Hi,

My name is Amit Sharma and policy number is : 363949108.

i did online payment through licindia.com on dated 3/jan of amount 16, 497.Rs

The same amount is debited from my account (kotak bank netbanking), whereas it is not credited into my policy account.

reference no.given by kotak0000940216

will my amount be credited into lic account?

Please help me in getting the receipts.
