Dear Concern,
I have made all the payment agst. my credit card and i am not using this card from 1.5 years, but you people are sending bills of outstanding amount.
I am very much frustrated with HSBC Credit card devision.
I have requested so many times to close my credit card account with hsbc bank but there is no reply from your side.
On 28-04-09 i got a call from MR. SYED HUSSAIN & MR. AVNEET from your Narayana centre to make a full and final payment of Rs. 3000/- and they will close my account. I made that payment on 29-04-09.
But till now i did't get any full and final letter from your side.
My payment rect. no. is CPD3 0610596..
Kindly do the favourable on urgent basis, other last option is CONSUMER COURT.
