Non Receipt of Annuity

I have taken a Vashisht Bima Yojna Policy from Life insurance Corporation of India - Policy No.113589380.

Annuity of Rs 24000/- was due by ECS on 1st Oct.. against the above policy which I have not received till date. All my attempt to contact IPP Cell, the dealing dept., phone nos. 011 28844157 and 01123325734 have come to naught. The first no. keeps ringing without reply and the second is always engaged throughout the day.

Kindly help me to receive the due Annuity
