We purchased Lloyd split AC (Model no. FL18sacgl4EL) on date 26/4/08 from Khanna trading co. 112 railway road bajaria, Ghaziabad, U.P.. From the very first day the wings of the AC was not working properly. We talked to the dealer then with company’s Manager (services) and Manager (sales). After putting a lot of efforts, several visits of non skilled technician and company executives and 100s of telephone calls we got the replacement on 23rd of June (almost after 2 months when the summer is about to get over). But the problem is still there with some enhancements. Following is the brief Description of problem.
AC 1: When Wings are set to manual, after 10-15 mins wings automatically moves upward which cause direct air to the bed.
Replaced AC: Problem is same as above with less time frame and there is a noise when we put on the AC.
Please do the needful ASAP.
